Strategic Enrollment Plan

Strategic Enrollment Plan

What is the Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEP)?

The SEP is a campus wide initiative supporting the long-term enrollment and fiscal health of the university. It is an active and living plan that is designed to set realistic and attainable goals. The initial version of the plan will contain 8-10 priorities and is estimated to take 3-5 years to complete. This plan is iterative, meaning it will be revisited and has the ability to change based on the needs of the university.

What is happening now?

The workgroups have completed the majority of their situational analyses and are working on finalizing the priorities they are suggesting become part of the final plan. Groups are working on financial feasibility, timelines, and action steps for each priority. We just had an on-site visit from our RNL consultant on March 12th. Our March 14th visit was cancelled due to snow, but we are rescheduling the groups. Our next on-site visit is scheduled for May 1st and 2nd. We are currently working on a campus wide listening session.
